What's changed in Watchful

An alert opened by a device report used to show a camera name and a headline. It now shows the headline, the device and what it reported, such as signal, zone and area, in a panel over the snapshot. The chevron collapses the panel; it stays collapsed for that alert and opens again on the next one.

A report with no picture fills the pane with those details and the camera's last picture from the alert. A short report can sit in one line above the picture instead, if its integration asks for that.

A physical tamper report, such as a sensor or alarm panel being opened, can now open an alert, marked Tamper reported on the timeline and in event lists. It doesn't sound a siren or go through AI review.

What you see depends on your integration sending these details.

Intruder closure emails and incident report emails now list the other email addresses they went to, under This report was also sent to:. Your own address is left out.

Only people who received the email are listed, by address. Anyone notified only by push or text isn't. Other emails are unchanged.

On Device health › Cameras, an Uptime · 30d column shows the percentage over a bar: green from 99%, amber from 95% and red below that. Hover to see hours down. With under a day of data it shows a dash, not 0.

The Site Device Health Report PDF shows camera uptime too, as a summary figure, for each site and for listed cameras.

Uptime is the share of hours when a camera wasn't unhealthy. Hours where its health is unknown or suppressed don't count.

Find Disarm when staff are confirmed under Staff check in site settings. It applies when a keyholder replies yes by text, and when an operator confirms staff at a site with no disarm slider. Setting it to 0 confirms staff and keeps the site armed.

Existing sites stay on 30 minutes. The text reply says how long the site is disarmed, or that it stays armed. Sites with the No Threat disarm slider keep using the slider.
